We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the lush garden, which provided a relaxing atmosphere in the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to shops and centrally located in a relaxed area of town. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and hospitable.

I recently had a delightful 2-night stay at a cozy hotel nestled in a quiet suburb. the staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. the location, just down the road from a strip mall and some take-out restaurants, was very convenient. I especially enjoyed spending time in the small garden, which provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the breakfast options were delicious, with eggs, bacon, tomato, toast. it was a wonderful experience.

the hotel's open area, which was unfortunately quite noisy at times, disrupted the peaceful ambiance.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was conveniently situated close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety to choose from.

The noise level during the day, as the hotel seemed to attract a lot of restaurant patrons who made the garden area quite noisy. some rooms had less privacy due to their location, either facing the swimming pool or above the reception, which meant keeping the curtains closed for privacy.

The on-site restaurant, amazing food selections, attention to detail in room presentation, lush garden, great value for money, clean rooms.

Can't fault anything about it.

The outdoor deck was so charming and perfect for our romantic escape. the staff was great and offered us a delicious cappuccino. the room was really comfortable, and we even got an upgrade to a two, bedroom apartment with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, the bedding was top, notch and we loved the toiletries.

The hotel could benefit from offering more amenities and services. the bathroom had an unpleasant odor and the room lacked hot water.
